Head, Neck & Face Body Work Therapy with optional Nasya Treatment
This is a treatment aimed at nourishing the 5 senses of the body, all of which are present in the head, face and neck.
This therapy is essentially a gentle rub with medicated oil applying pressure point stimulation to specific spots on the head and face. The aim is deep relaxation and also to balance the flow of Prana or Life Energy.

Method– A specific technique based on massaging the head, face and neck, using an oil infusion of specially combined natural ingredients prescribed and blended to suit your individual needs.

Nasya is an Ayurvedic treatment for cleansing the nasal passages. It is a process where oil is administered through the nostrils. The nasya procedure is simple and is similar to the use of nasal drops to relieve congestion. The lukewarm individually customised, medicated oil as prescribed by the practitioner is administered through the nostrils.
Method– Nasya is a therapeutic treatment for the nose, throat, sinuses and head. The face, shoulders and chest are massaged with herbal oils. A measured dose of herbal extracts/oils is gently poured into the nostrils, while inhaling. After this process, the area around the nose, chest, palms and foot are massaged vigorously.
Benefits– Nasya is an effective remedy for congestion, allergies, sinusitis, headaches, migraine, rhinitis and other nasal infections.
