Gluten Free, Nut Free Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Eskal FreeNut Butter
- 1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 deg
- Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized mixing bowl
- Form cookie balls with hands, about 3 cm in size each. Place onto biscuit tray covered with greaseproof paper
- Flatten each cookie to about 5 cm in diameter and 1 cm thick
- With a fork, indent the tops of cookies with crisscross pattern
- Bake 7-9 mins
- Let cool for 5-10 mins before removing from tray
