Raw Chocolate
- ½ cup raw cocoa butter
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons of rice malt syrup
- Pinch of sea salt
Method
- Slightly melt the cocoa butter, stir till smooth
- Remove from heat
- Add other ingredients together in a mixing bowl
- Pour in melted butter and mix well
*You can add other flavours here like, Coconut flaked, vanilla bean, goji berries, blueberries, coffee bean,
- Pour into molds or a plate lined with kitchen paper
- Freeze until hard
- Must store in fridge or freezer
