  • ½ Spinach
  • 1 Pear
  • 3 Tbsp (30g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp lecithin
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed oil
  • ¼ unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ water or coconut water


  1. Add the ingredients in the order listed to your Nutribullet or equivalent large cup.
  2. Blend and enjoy!

Add more water/coconut water if too thick.

Top Tips - 2017 Your Year to Shine!!

Are you wanting some easy to follow ideas to make this year 2017 your year to shine?

Easy steps, no hard work and it's all about making it work for you.

Here are some easy tips that will help you see that your motivation keeps your goals alive the 2017.

1.Vision Board - Create a collage of pictures, words, photos and drawings all of which you would like to manifest for the year. They say that intention is everything and when we can actually put our intention in front of us and see them everyday it keeps reinforcing in the mind, working on the subconscious mind which tells the conscious mind to act on tasks that support manifesting your dreams.

2.Get Up Earlier - Giving yourself that little bit more time in the morning will set yourself up for a more positive day. Being rushed will leave you unfocused and ungrounded and this leads to becoming scattered. So get up that little bit earlier each morning. Wake up properly, give yourself the time to reflect on yourself and your goals for the day before work, chores and family duties. Remember to look at your vision board and always do one thing each day that takes a step towards your goals.

3.Go for a Walk - Enjoying the outside and going for a walk will give you so many benefits. Whether it's a slow walk or one with a little bit more pace, enjoy the feeling of breathing in the fresh air and keeping your body motivated and moving. Walking is a great way of clearing your head full of clutter, deepening your breath and opening and expanding your lungs and also just taking time out to be alone.

4.Concious Eating - This doesn't mean following a diet it means being aware of what you're putting into your body. Remember food is medicine and if your body is needing medicine to thrive to be well then learn about nutrition, introduce yourself to new foods and experiment in the kitchen. Eat to live not live to eat and remember guilty eating will hold on to more problems then a box of doughnuts so if you choose to have a slice of cake every now and then enjoy it digested properly and have the experience. Don't be guilty of making choices be conscious of your choices.

5.Give it a Go - Why not make this year your year? How many ideas have you had going around in your mind That you have not been acting upon? How many times have you wanted to make changes yet put it off for another day, month or maybe years? If you reflect on this you might see a repeating pattern, ask yourself do you want to continue this or do you want to make changes? Set yourself a goal and give it a go, practice patient practice and patiently practice patience.
