Goodie Balls
FREE FROM, gluten, dairy, nuts, sugar
Ingredients
- 8 medjool dates – deseeded
- 1 cup of mixed sunflower and pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup coconut
- 2 tbs coconut oil
Method
- Blend all ingredients in food processor until well combined.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
- Use clean wet hands to roll into balls
- Coat in coconut
- Keep in fridge. Can store in freezer for up to 3mths

OMG - Rich Chocolate & Pistachio Tart

Vegan Friendly, No Bake, Sugar Free
Base
Ingredients
Ingredients
- 300 grams raw pistachio nuts
- 100 grams raw cashew nuts (can use other nut variety )
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar or other natural sweetener
Method
- Place ingredients into processor combine until sticky dough
- Press equally into tart pan
- Put in freezer for 20 minutes

- 1 cup of cacao powder
- 1 cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup cacao butter
- 3 tablespoons agave nectar Or other natural sweetener
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
- ½ teaspoon coffee
Method
- Add all ingredients to saucepan and mix well on low heat
- Pour over the top of Base and set in freezer for 2 to 3 hours
Serve with fresh blueberries or other fruit
Store in freezer keeps for 3 to 4 weeks
