Supercharge your intuition and live more in flow with these 5 tips with Ros

Who doesn’t want more magic, synchronicities, flow, ease and intuitive guidance?

 

Most of us want to spend more time there - but too easily we find ourselves feeling lost and not knowing how to get this feeling back.

Try these 5 things and get back to feeling the good vibes!

1. Eat as clean a diet as possible - more alive food, fruits & vegetables and mostly organic where you can. With less toxins in our body, the energy can flow easier, our vibration is higher, and we spend more time in that lovely state where things just flow. Processed foods (most things that come in a packet) have a lower energy and bring our vibration down - eat as much real, clean food as you can. If this seems like an impossible task, go slowly with small changes and do it with guidance if you need.

2. Make sure your digestion is good. Signs your digestion is pretty good - you’ve got a good appetite and 1-2 bowel movements a day is optimal. If you’re constipated, your system is clogged up with stagnant energy. With a digestive system that flows smoothly, your body’s subtle energies can flow smoothly as well! Again, plenty of plant based foods and perhaps a gentle, natural laxative like psyllium can help.

3. Move your body everyday in a way that brings you joy. Whatever it is - dancing, walking, boxing, hula-hooping, running - just make sure it fills your body with joy and is nourishing for your soul. If you’re not too sure what exercise brings you joy, try a mindful walk in nature, being present to all the sounds, sights, feelings, smells.

4. Eat less meat, especially red meat. Meat has a dense energy that lowers our energy. When we eat meat, we take in the negative energy, the fears and excess adrenaline of the animal that we’re eating. Meat lowers our vibration and slows our digestion. So aim for a few more vegetarian meals per week or explore a plant based diet if you think that’s for you.

5. Spend time in meditation, in nature or just being still in silence - we need to give ourselves the time with no distraction to allow our intuition to speak. When we give ourselves this time each day, no matter how much, the rest of the day seems to flow better.
