“The Fads” in dieting - what is the perfect nutrition programme for you?

Paleo, veganism, ketogenics, meatatarian, low fat, high protein, WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GO???…………...

There is always something new on the market and its exciting to look at all aspects of health and nutrition. Although it can get very confusing and also frustrating when certain products are working for others but not working for you!!!

Why is this?

Everybody is unique therefore everybody will need something a little different to the next person. That makes us all beautiful individuals.

We each have different digestive systems and lifestyles. We each have different ways of learning and processing.

Diets are needed in some situations but the thing is with dieting your can’t sustain a diet but you can sustained new learnt behaviours. You see most of the time we go on a diet because a behaviour has been learnt ie eating the wrong things. We are creatures of habit. The idea is to retrain your behaviours into healthy ones. Ones that will benefit you and allow for full vitality in life. This will then not be a habit but a lifestyle and isn't that what we all really want? A fun healthy lifestyle rather than dieting.

The other aspect to why individual nutrition programmes work is it targets any problem areas.

You may have areas of concern in your body that need special nutrient requirements. Skin conditions, allergies, fatigue, sleeping problems, hormones, arthritis, diabetes, cholesterol are just a few examples.
