March Focus - Self
For the month March Empowering You Kinesiology is focussing on SELF.

We are the creators of our lives so if there is something that you are currently experiencing that you don’t like Kinesiology can help. What belief do you have consciously or subconsciously that is creating this experience you no longer want to experience.
Often when we think of “self” we think of words like selfish, self-centred, self-absorbed but in truth “self” is where all the real work is done. We must first change ourselves if we wish to positively influence those around us. We can not offer something that we do not have.
Taking care of “self” is vitally important and I think we all know this. We very often put other things first but over time this actually builds resentments towards those things.
Kinesiology can quickly discover what the thought forms and beliefs are that you are working from that are creating your current experience. This powerful tool can assist you to get started on this journey of self-discovery and especially in areas of your life where you may have persistent issues. There are also many things you can do for yourself.
For the month of March let’s join together and take a challenge. Let’s make March a month of Meditation. The challenge is to start each day with just 10 mins of meditation. Whatever form you wish - silence, mantra, chanting. The goal is to start each day for the month of March taking care of “self”. Noticing any improvements within your body, mind or soul.
