Chocolatey Goodness Balls
- 1 cup of medjool dates
- ¾ cup almonds
- ¾ cup hazelnuts
- ¾ cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup goji berries
- 2 tbs cacao powder
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- 1 tbs chia seeds – soaked for 10mins in ¼ cup water
- 1 scoop Protein powder
- Desiccated coconut to roll and coat the balls
- Place almonds, hazelnuts, shredded coconut, cacao powder, cinnamon and protein powder into a food processor and process until you get a rough flour consistency.
- Add dates, goji berries and chia seeds, process until all ingredients are blended well.
- Roll the blended mixture into bite size balls then coat in desiccated coconut.
