Being energetically ‘out of balance’ can show up in our daily life in many ways, some obvious, some not so obvious. It could be stress, anger, anxiety, depression, frustration - or it could just be a general feeling of unease that you just can’t shake. It could even show up as a repeated habit or pattern in your life that you would love to stop, but can’t seem to no matter how hard you try. Don’t worry, It’s not your fault! You could simply need a good energetic balance to help you along.
Over the years, life and the emotions that come along with life - get stuck in our body and create energetic blocks, stopping the free flow of energy. This manifests in any of the above ways. The way back to balance is this: feel and witness the emotion without judgement or a need for it to leave you - initially these are the obvious things we feel in our body - a constriction in the throat, a tightening in the chest, an unease in the stomach - but then the layers begin to emerge. When the feelings are seen without judgement, they simply dissolve.
This is why I love Emotional Freedom Technique so much - for me it’s a powerful way to focus in on the feelings in our body, to witness them, to allow them to dissolve away. Combined with the subtle healing energy of Reiki, allows for some deep healing and transformation.
